Learning to Appreciate Myself

What’s your favorite thing about yourself?

There are moments when someone says something simple, and it lingers.
Like when someone once asked me, “What’s your favorite thing about yourself?”
At first, I didn’t know what to say.

But after some quiet reflection, I think I’ve found my answer.

I take initiative.
I may not always have it all figured out, but I try. I start things, even when I’m unsure — whether it’s an internship, a new skill, or just writing this blog. I don’t like waiting around. If something feels meaningful, I’ll find a way to explore it.

I also realize I’m someone who balances both logic and creativity.
I enjoy working with codes, but I also find joy in designing posts, writing, and storytelling. I’ve stopped trying to fit into just one box — and honestly, that mix makes me feel more like me.

It’s not easy to talk about yourself. But maybe it’s okay to pause and say,
“This is something I like about who I’m becoming.”
